I'm very satisfied
Posted by John Wisely from New York, New York, USA
It's been a year since I'm using them. The package is great, I host multiple websites, the support is awesome, phone and live chat.
The only problem I had was when I tried to set up ome add-on domains. For some reasons, I couldn't set up them properly and everytime I had to contact the live support and ask them to to this for me.
Anyway, I'm satisfied.

So far I'm satisfied
Posted by Howard Gregory from Louisville, KY, USA
I love these guys.
First it was hard for me to understand and use the control panel but I guess that happened because I'm not a technical guy.
Now I am an expert, hehe. :)
Of course, whenever I needed hteir support, they were there.
As long as they continue to offer quality services, I'm one of their customers.
Keep up the good work.
Thanks.

Great hosting
Posted by Angela Jackson from Chicago, Illinois, USA
Hi there.
I found this website by mistake and I thought I just say something about Startlogic.
I'm their customer since 2005 and I only had one small problem.
I didn't know how to check the website stats.
I wrote their support and they guided me.
I love them.

I don't like the control panel
Posted by Michael Miller from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
Hello!
This is the first time when I'm using a website hosting provider because it's my first website.
I got a control panel for the website, spent some time there and I gave up.
Anyway, I don't think it's the control panel bad, it's just my lazy brain.
I like beer and baseball, not control panels.
I don't need a control panel anyway.
I'm happy my website is there, working all the time.
I'll just call the guys if I need anything.

This Account Has Exceeded Its CPU Quota
Posted by Alan G from New York, New York, USA
The servers are very slow.
I run a web design company and I know how to develop websites that load fast.
Well, not on their servers.
I have a small database driven website and it's down daily.
The users can see an error screen instead od seeing my website:
This Account Has Exceeded Its CPU Quota
Please contact this site's webmaster.
Wait a few minutes and use your browser's "Back" button or click here to try again.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you are the webmaster, your account may have gotten this error for one or more of the following reasons:
Your account has used more than its share of the cpu in the past 60 second sliding window.
Your account has too many concurrent processes running simultanously.
Your account has consumed too much memory.
Your site was recently very busy trying to run inefficient scripts.
The solution would be to optimize your applications to use less CPU.
Adding appropriate indeces to your SQL tables can often help reduce CPU.
Using static .html documents instead of painful .php scripts will practically eliminate CPU usage.
THEY DON'T SAY ANYTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE ABOUT THE CPU WEBSITE SHARE.
I only have around 20,000 visitors / mo. I wander what happens when someone has 200,000 visitors / mo.
If you want to sign up with them, you should ask them about this.
